Bay-orient intelligent substation multifunctional secondary device and sampling platform

The invention discloses a bay-orient intelligent substation multifunctional secondary device and a sampling platform. Requirements of steady state telemetering measurement, synchronized phasor measurement and electrical energy calculation in a substation are analyzed, and generic technology of the three kinds of measurements is extracted. Integration of the three measurement functions in a single device is realized. The device provided by the invention comprises an AD interface element, a frequency-tracking resample element, a steady state calculation element, a frequency calculation element, a phasor calculation element and an electrical energy calculation element. On this basis, a high-performance digital sampling platform which can be used to solve problems of high volume sampling and real-time data exchange by a PCIe high-speed bus technology and a LVDS backplane switch technology is put forward, program elements for realizing associative functions are constructed, and the requirement of mixing the three measuring algorithms is satisfied.
