The invention provides a method for establishing multiple PDN connection bearing, which comprises the following steps of: receiving a request sent by a network side for establishing a default bearing response and establishing a special bearing; firstly sending a bearing establishment request message, and informing a base station and a user terminal of establishing wireless bearing, wherein the bearing establishment request message contains a connection establishment response of a PDN default bearing; and sending the special bearing establishment request after establishing the wireless bearing, and completing the establishment of the later special bearing. The invention also provides a device and a system for establishing the multiple PDN connection bearing. Obviously, the method, the device and the system ensure that the establishment of the special bearing does not influence the establishment of each PDN connection in the process of establishing the bearing of the multiple PDN connection, and solve the problem of synchronic establishment of the default bearing and the special bearing.
