Seismic Behaviour and Design Suggestions on Frame Supported Shear Wall Structures in High-Rise-Buildings

A new type of frame supported shear wall structural form--frame supported sub-shearwall structure is given in this paper.Based on the shaking table test of a typical shop-residency tall building,the seismic behaviour of the structure is evaluated,and some suggestions are given for engineering design for this type of the structure.
