The invention discloses a construction method for a high-precision wavy pavement for automobile test. The method comprises prefabrication and installation of wavy road prefabricated pieces and pouring of pavement concrete, and specifically comprises the following steps of: prefabricating a wavy pavement block by using a high-precision template and adopting steel fiber reinforced concrete, embedding pre-buried pieces for positioning and fixing the prefabricated block on a cast concrete cushion, installing the prefabricated block through a compression device and a clamp, accurately adjusting, positioning, placing and fixing an outer template, pouring self-leveling mortar in the middle to reach minimum compressive strength, and loosening and detaching the outer template. The method has the advantages that the precision design requirement of the pavement is ensured; the pavement is convenient to assemble and disassemble, meets the pouring requirement, can be reused, and is easy to repair and maintain; and the method is suitable for construction of various special-shaped curved cement concrete pavements with high precision requirements.
