In this paper, we describe a method for measuring the acoustic properties required for the Biot model, which is mainly used to predict sound absorption performance of the porous material. Taking into account the complexity of the measurement process, we tried to estimate the acoustic properties by using HONUS, which calculates acoustic properties through the process to minimize the error between measured and estimated absorption coefficient. While changing the combination of the estimated acoustic variables, we obtain estimated properties, and to check validity of estimation, we compare estimated and measured acoustic properties of porous material.
