Development and Application of Large Diameter Ultra-high Pressure Rotary Water Jet Device

Through study of the water jet dynamical parameters and the ultra-high pressure rotary seal structure of the device those operating diameter not less than 300mm and operating pressure not less than 100MPa,the aperture of nozzle tip,target distance and rotary speed are determined.And the rotary seal structure of 100MPa and 250MPa pressure rating are designed.It is proved that the device based on plane cleaner type are safe and had high efficiency during application.
