Plastic bags for collection of gas samples

Abstract Sealed bags fabricated from plastic films are especially applicable to collecting gas samples. Some films found to be compatible with selected gases and vapors are cited. Criteria for judging the storage stability of samples in plastic bags are described. Some suppliers of bags and of materials for fabricating bags are given for the convenience of persons wishing to apply this technique.
