Application of fuzzy logic in controllers of motor vehicle automatic control systems

Automatic control systems are widely used today in motor vehicles design production process and in motor vehicles themselves. The system vehicle-driver-environment is very complex. It is very difficult to define some its parameters, and if we define them it is very difficult and complicated to realize practically such an automatic-control system. This paper gives an automatic control system concept based on fuzzy logic. Using this concept we can describe and realize, in a suitable way, a particular indefinite and multimeaning automatic control system. Some realized fuzzy automatic control systems in motor vehicles are shown as well.
