A theoretical study on configurations of quality control systems

The main objectives of this paper are to formalize models of quality control systems to develop theories of quality control systems, which usually have been studied descriptively, and to study a desirable form of the systems through the formulation. Usual activities for quality control have made much of consistency of quality. On the other hand, in this paper, a system that relates quality with its cause, i.e. various engineering techniques, is also regarded as important. A necessary technique for achieving each quality goal is made clearer by such a system. An internal adaptation of quality control systems is studied to solve issues on quality assurance and to methodize quality goal seeking. A concept of coordination is interpreted for this study, whose results are applied to a corporation and the effectiveness is examined.
