Method for signalling and power control of DSCH in a mobile system

PURPOSE: A downlink shared channel power controlling and signaling method in a mobile communication system is provided to set a DSCH(Downlink Shared Channel) power offset regardless of a TFCI(Transport Format Combination Identifier) mode by changing a reference point of a DSCH power, and reduce the number of power offsets to be signaled by standardizing a power offset value of the DSCH and the TFCI. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment)(10), a mobile station of a mobile communication is provided. A UTRAN(Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network)(20) includes a base station(20a)(node B), an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(20b), a BSM(Base Station Manager)(20c). Each RNC is connected to numerous base stations(node B). For a fast power control of the DSCH, three power offsets of PO_DSCH, primary_DSCH_pow and non-primary_DSCH_pow need to be set which are performed by an RNC(Radio Network Controller)(20b) and is to be informed the node B connected to a corresponding RNC and a different RNC through signaling. In such a case, the non-primary_DSCH_pow is added to a radio link setup message and a radio link reconfiguration prepare message and signaled to the node B connected to the corresponding RNC and the different RNC.
