Method for managing free-ranging sheep in yard by using computer program

A method for managing free-ranging sheep in a yard by using a computer program is characterized in that a magnetic card is arranged on the ear or the neck of each sheep and contains information of feeding, growth and breeding of the sheep. A sheep hayrack is installed in a specific area of the sheep yard, a non-contact magnetic card reader is arranged above the sheep hayrack, and a hay feeding pipeline is connected with the back of the sheep hayrack. When the sheep approach the sheep hayrack, the non-contact magnetic card reader above the sheep hayrack conducts information exchanging with the magnetic cards on sheep bodies. After the computer analyzes and processes the information of the sheep, an executing mechanism opens a hay feeding pipeline gate to give a portion of hay suitable for each sheep. Program management can be conducted on each sheep in the yard through the computer program. The soil ground in the yard is not required to be leveled, sheep pens are required to be built, a playground is not required to be built, and only a sheep pen fence, a hay bin and a sheep hayrack installing area are required to be built. The sheep can move randomly within the yard, and by means of the sheep farming method, growth and breeding of the sheep are close to the natural state.
