Реализация компетентностного подхода в процессе подготовки врача-интерна по специальности «Акушерство и гинекология»

The paper reflects new approaches for improving the efficiency of the teaching process in higher educational institutions from the point of view of studying the elements of communicative competency, forming the skills of person-oriented, interactive, project forms of teaching considering the normative model of requirements, reflecting professional pedagogical competency The purpose of this paper is to estimate the efficiency of work of the center of practical skills in developing the competences by interns of the faculty of pediatrics in the course of «Obstetrics and Gynecology». The undertaken analysis showed a rather high level of formed competences of the interns. With the help of the center of practical skills we have managed to reach individualization of education, continuous improvement of quality of information, methodical and technical support of educational process.
