Disclosed are a method and a device which a host manages the connection of a device for a wireless universal serial bus (WSB) service based on wireless communication. For this, an initial channel which connects an object device for the WSB service considering the class of the object device is generated. After the initial channel is generated, when a user requires providing a specific service by the linkage of the object device, a new channel to replace the initial channel is generated, considering the specific service.
