The intelligent substation simulation system and the integration testing method have the advantages that the fixed simulation devices replace large quantities of actual engineering equipment in the integration testing method in the intelligent substation panoramic replace mode, troublesome operation for panel transportation, system construction, network connection and the like in an integration testing procedure is omitted, adverse effects due to errors when large quantities of engineering devices are manually configured can be avoided, an integration testing process is simplified, a large quantity of testing time is saved, the integration testing efficiency is improved, integration tests can be carried out in a large scale advantageously, and requirements of large-scale construction for intelligent substations are met.
