A video communication system and a video communication method using a mobile communication network are provided to grasp a sensitive state of a user based on various behaviors of the user. A first mobile communication terminal comprises a sensibility sensor, a sensibility analysis unit, and a first communication unit. The sensibility sensor senses a sensitive state of a user. The sensibility analysis unit analyzes the sensitive state of the user based on the sensing result of the sensibility sensor. The first communication unit transmits sensitivity information about the sensitive state to a mobile communication network(50). A second mobile communication terminal(30) comprises a second communication unit(31), an item storage(34), an information extraction unit(32), an item extraction unit(33), and an item output unit(35). The item extraction unit extracts at least one of plural sensibility items stored in the item storage. The extracted one item is corresponded to the sensibility information.
