Method and apparatus for suppoerting plurality of basic bandwidth modes in wireless lan system

Disclosed are a communication method and apparatus for supporting a plurality of basic bandwidth modes in a wireless LAN system which supports multiple bandwidths. The communication method of an AP in the wireless LAN system according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: checking the operation state of a network by the AP of the network which supports a first bandwidth and a second bandwidth which is twice as large as the first bandwidth; allocating a first time section allowing only the frame over the first bandwidth based on the operation state of the network; and allocating a second time section allowing only the frame over the second bandwidth.
