Companies increasingly need to know your business processes and be prepared for rapid changes that the market currently provides. To this end, organizations must be able to improve their business processes and to understand both the operational level and the strategic one, making it possible to meet the goals and targets set. This article proposes to assess how companies can align Continuous Improvement by applying Business Process Management with support of Change Management and utilizing Technology and Architecture of BPM as a competitive. It began a study to consolidate the concepts of business process management, change management and BPM architecture. Then, it was presented a case study showing an analysis of a payroll process from the strategic alignment to the use of a BPMs suite. Finally, the conclusion relates to the main results based on this analysis.
