The purpose of this study is to examine the Influences of Internet User's Behavior by Cognitive Response Effects of the Internet E-mail.
As the result of this study, I can get the conclusion as followings;
First, internet visitation behavior is positively influenced by the internet users' attitude in visitation behavior. Second, internet users' attitude is positively influenced by the five factors - playfulness of e-mail, reliability of e-mail, design of e-mail, informativeness of e-mail, - and the negative effected by the resistance of e-mail. Therefore Internet Website operators keep their minds that inducement effect factors in e-mail influence internet user's attitude and induce user's behavior in positively or negatively.
