Note sur l'accessibilité des systèmes non linéaires à retards

Resume Dans ce papier, l'accessibilite des systemes non lineaires a retards est consideree pour la premiere fois. On propose une definition adaptee a cette classe de systeme et une condition suffisante pour tester cette propriete.
