Design of a Data Acquisition System Used in Laser Scanning Diameter Measuring Gauge

This paper has made an introduction to the design of a data acquisition system used in laser scanning diameter measuring gauge. The main part of the paper includes the mechanism of the whole system, choice of chips, and related design of hardware and software. The system is based on DSP and CPLD and can exert the advantages of both, which has high value in real production.
