지속가능한 도시개발지표 설정을 위한 환경친화지표의 개발과 적용방안 연구

This research derives the environment-friendly assesment indicators with sustainable development view and presents the evaluating plan development with matrix method and development model which is environment-friendly and sustainable urban business development model. The method of this study stands on Japan's PLATON model which is the most suitable environment evaluation model on the intention of this research. First, main indicator system is constructed by the environmental elements(Safety, Health, Amenity, Convenience) which confer from 4 target area of WHO. Second, it is executed by the questions for the urban specialist to give the weight to the environmental elements and at last I brought up the weight of each item and each item's appraisal standard. As a result, it was analyzed with Safety, Amenity, Health and Convenience order. I apply to design plan of Hawsung-Dongtan New-town with the indicator, so that I brought up the resonable evaluation which is corresponds with the design intention. In conclusion, the environment-friendly assesment indicators which are presented that the research will be objective tool to gauge the blueprint how much the city is environmental and also it will be the ground to support considering environmental compatibleness in the new urban development.
