Improvements on Calculation of Internal Forces of Cantilever Anti-sliding Piles

Some improvements are made on the cantilever-pile method for the calculation of internal forces of anti-sliding piles. A universal coordinate including above and below the sliding surface is erected. The upper parts of piles are considered as to be cantilevers with directionally elastic hinges to keep the continuity of displacement at the sliding surface. The lower parts of piles are regarded as "Winkler" foundation girders. The foundation coefficient "m" method and its finite differential calculation formulae are derived to analyze internal forces of piles. The calculation program of internal forces of a whole pile is designed. In this program, the different distribution forms of the landslide thrust and the reaction force of soil can be assumed and the antisliding piles can be rigid or elastic. Meanwhile, the calculation results can be converted into the reasonable visual figures. The correction of this method is verified by an example. An engineering example is introduced. They both show that this one can improve the calculation efficiency of internal forces of antisliding pile and its precision effectively,compared with the traditional method?
