IMC-based PID controllers design for torsional vibration system

In the paper presents performance speed control design of PID controllers for a torsional vibration system based on internal model control (IMC). For the model of the trosional vibration suppression in two-mass system which includes an IMC filter must be selected properly so that the designed IMC controllers can be approximated as PID controller by using Maclaurin approximation, are increasingly required in embedded system implemented on microcontrollers, oriented controlled ac motor drive system trosional vibration mechanical system, the characteristics of speed controller and typical IMC-PID speed controller. The simulation and experiment results verify the applicability and satisfied performance of the proposed control system.
