Individual fault location in PON using pulsed pump-probe Brillouin analysis
暂无分享,去创建一个
A novel fault location technique for passive optical networks (PONs) that employs Brillouin gain analysis is presented. This method can measure the optical loss distribution of individual branched optical fibres without the need to add any optical components to PONs. A preliminary measurement of two-branched optical fibres in a PON is described.
