Searches for physics beyond the Standard Model with CMS

This contribution outlines some of the first results of the CMS experiment with data from the LHC machine, in the sector of searches for physics beyond Standard Model (SM). It will show that even at the current stage, important tools for the study in supersimmetry can be commissioned using real data. Some models of new physics, involving enhanced jets production or heavy stable charged particle, have been compared with data, leading to significantly improved exclusion limits after few integrated inverse picobarns.
