A method for implementing conference call entry, a calling terminal, and a called terminal. The method comprises: when a called terminal cannot instantly accept a conference call entry request of a calling terminal, the called terminal sends delay request information to the calling terminal; and the calling terminal receives the delay request information, and delays conference call entry of the called terminal according to the delay request information. In the technical scheme in embodiments of the present invention, before the called terminal ends a current application function of the called terminal, the called terminal sends an entry delay request; and after the called terminal ends the application of the called terminal, the called terminal sends the entry delay request, so as to process the conference call entry of the called terminal, thereby simplifying the conference call entry procedure after called terminals are diversified, and improving the working efficiency of the conference call entry.
