저에너지 친환경주택의 건설기준 및 주요 건설사의 개발동향

The efforts of energy conservation are being raised in Korea with increases of social, economical and environmental problems. The Korean government declared “Green Growth` including low energy consumptions and low emissions of green-house gases (GHGs) as the nation's vision, and strengthened the related policies and the standards. These trends have been magnified as a main issue in the construction industry that accounts for over 22% of energy consumption. In accordance with these trends, domestic general contractors are making their efforts on realizing low-energy green house with developments of energy-conserving construction technologies. This paper introduces the construction standards on low-energy green house and market trends of domestic general contractors.
