Shaping of Heat-Exchanger Pins by Deformational Cutting
暂无分享,去创建一个
The use of a metal plate to simulate pin shaping by deformational cutting is proposed. The influence of the tool geometry on the volume of material removed to form a single pin is considered. Analytical formulas for the cutting angle and the pin length are derived. Experimental data regarding the influence of the cutting parameters on the shape and alignment of the pins are presented
