PURPOSE: Implant producing apparatus and method using a scanning member are provided to design an upper structure of an implant by accurately recognize the location and the shape of a fixture. CONSTITUTION: An implant producing apparatus includes a scanning member(100), a body unit(110), and an anti-rotation dealing unit(140). The scanning member combines with a fixture for scanning. The body unit copes with the outer surface of the fixture, and stores scanning data obtained from the scanning member and a design program for the scanning data. The anti-rotation dealing unit combines with a rotation preventing unit of the fixture or an abutment.
