The Finite Element Analysis of 15MN Hydraulic Pressure Straightening Machine Based on ANSYS

The 3D model of the hydraulic pressure straightening machine host frame was established by using Solidworks software.The finite element analysis model of the host frame was then established by ANSYS Workbench.The structure strength and stiffness of the host frame were checked.Finally,the structure of the host frame was improved based on shape optimization.
