System and method of resource management of centralized base station in mobile communication network

PURPOSE: A resource management system of a base station integrated into a mobile communication network and a method thereof are provided to prevent the waste of DU(Digital Unit) resources by assigning idle DU resources to a resource management device. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit connects to one or more integrated base stations(10). The storage unit provides DU resource information from an integrated base station. A management unit assigns idle DU resources to the integrated base station based on DU resource information. A resource manager server(20) supplies DU resource information from the integrated base station by connecting one or more integrated base stations. The management unit returns the assigned DU resources to the integrated base station. The integrated base station connects one or more RU(Radio Units).
