Method and apparatus for controlling a remote user interface in a home network

PURPOSE: A remote user interface control method and an apparatus thereof in home network are provided to determine weather a control UI of a third RUIC(Remote User Interface Client) device is expressed within a remote UI device. CONSTITUTION: An embedded web server receives a control command from a third RUIC device capable of controlling RUI. The embedded web server performs the update of a CUI(Control User Interface). An RC(Remote Control) plug-in module(203) confirms whether control information in the embedded web server is generated from the CUI. The RC plug-in module requests a command to the embedded web server.
