Improvement of the Azimuth Resolution of Meter-wave Radar Using CNSP Method

The resolution of subspace-based DOA estimation methods can be improved by using the conventional beam- forming to construct noise subspace projection(CNSP).This paper describes further performance analysis of the CNSP method. We discuss firstly the methods for improving the azimuth resolution of meter-wave radar using CNSP.Then we provide a perform- ance analysis using some practical radar experimental data.The analysis results indieate that the CNSP method can improve the azi- muth resolution of meter wave radar.
