Research on Improved Direct Torque Control (DTC) Technique

Direct Torque Control (DTC) is a AC speed regulation method with high dynamic performance developed after vector control. A major problem in the application of DTC at low motor speed is the effect of the stator resistor voltage drop.In order to improve flux visualizer at low speed,optimum switch vector selection and the feedback of stator resistor voltage are con-sidered.A TMS320C31 EVM board is used for the implementation of the new method.
