Difficulties of anemia diagnosis in patients with B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia

При хроническом лимфоцитарном лейкозе цитопении встречаются достаточно часто и могут как предшествовать диагностике хронического лимфоцитарного лейкоза, так и возникать в любое время в течение заболевания. Чаще всего среди цитопений при хроническом лимфоцитарном лейкозе встречаются аутоиммунная гемолитическая анемия, иммунная тромбоцитопения, парциальная красноклеточная аплазия. В то же время развитие цитопении может быть связано с вытеснением элементов нормального гемопоэза опухолевыми лимфоцитами. Очень важно точно установить причину цитопении при хроническом лимфоцитарном лейкозе, так как прогноз и терапия существенно отличаются.
