Background: Intrathecal morphine ensures optimal analgesia after caesarean section surgery, but side effects include postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV). Literature studies prove that intrathecal administration of atropine may reduce the incidence of such side effects [1-3]. This study compares the effect of intrathecal atropine to ondansetron ev in prevention of PONV in cesarean section. Materials and Methods: We prospectively recruited
