APPLICATION OF WASHOVER JOINT IN CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND DIAPHRAGM WALL

Diaphragm wall has witnessed a wide application.It is usually used as enclosure structure in deep foundation pit engineering,and its construction process and quality risk prevention have been obviously improved.After analysis on experiences in engineering practices for years,it is proved that different joint types produce different influences on control of construction quality,safety,schedule and cost of diaphragm wall.The construction process of washover joint type appearing in recent years is summarized through analysis on concrete engineering application and data,and contrastive analysis is made to traditional fore shaft pipe joint type on technical and economic aspects.
