Generalized system design of active filters

In this paper a new accurate way to design an active filter system is presented. Complete electrical system design is covered. The future trend is to use the same power and control hardware for a variety of applications. So the presented technique can also be used to analyze the existing design for the new application. It is assured that the utilization of the system is maximum. The method being generalized can also be applied easily for other applications. A MATLAB program is developed, which produces component specifications as output.
