The invention relates to a rotary excavating drill mast dual redundancy control device. The rotary excavating drill mast dual redundancy control device is composed of a dual channel electronic control cross handle, a dual channel tilt angle sensor, a controller and a displayer, wherein two sets of potentiometers on the dual channel electronic control cross handle respectively output a group of X axis signals and a group of Y axis signals and respectively output the X axis signals and the Y axis signals to an X axis input end and a Y axis input end which are arranged on a corresponding channel on the controller, two sets of tilt angle sensing systems of the dual channel tilt angle sensor respectively send mast angle value signals to the controller according to different CAN-ID, two paths of output control ends of the controller are respectively connected onto input control ends of a left mast oil cylinder electromagnetic valve and a right mast oil cylinder electromagnetic valve of a rotary excavating drill, and the displayer and the controller are connected together through a CAN bus. By adopting output of dual redundancy channels of the rotary excavating drill mast dual redundancy control device, when one output channel breaks down, the rotary excavating drill mast dual redundancy control device can be automatically or manually switched from the output channel to the other output channel through process control, and therefore safety of an elevating mast is guaranteed.
