Exploration of the Layering Teaching Pattern

This paper analyzes the disadvantage of traditional teaching method and the advantages of the layering teaching method,also discusses the measures to be taken to practice the layering teaching from the formulation of teaching goal and plan,perfection of the evaluating system,the change of teacher's idea and role,the cooperation between layering teaching method and other teaching methods,and combining teaching with scientific research and other respects,in order to lead the students' development toward exerting their advantages,and let excellent talents growth better and faster.
