Approaches to Cooperation between the Airline and Hotel Based on the Improved SCOR Model

The main research content of this paper are proposing new ideas and analyze the process from airport to hotel on the basis of traditional air travel which under the background of the "empty travel" of passengers. The content of the process is that, after arriving at the destination airport, the passengers no longer go to the terminal lobby to pick up the checked baggage as in the traditional way, but can take the vehicle directly to the accommodation. The checked baggage will be delivered directly from the airport to the hotel. Compared with traditional travel methods, the improved process can greatly shorten the waiting time of passengers at the airport and reduce the congestion of the airport lobby. This paper finds the three levels in the SCOR model, and the three steps and four stages of SC, then combines them to form a more complete process analysis solution. Utilizing the improved SCOR model. This improved model not only provides a complete analysis of the new processes envisioned in this paper, but also provides a new paradigm for process analysis for other companies and companies that work across industries.
