Agricultural Extension Models For Enhance The Entrepreneurial Behavior of Corn Peasents In South of Lampung, Indonesian

There are obstacles in the Efforts to increase corn production , because the empirical condition of corn peasents in Lampung province currently hasan average productivity rate of 4.99tons/arce, below the potential productivity of 7-8tons/arce for the type of soil in Lampung Province. Corncultivation requires human resources (HR) who have entrepreneurial behavior as peasentsin addition toapply the knowledge and experiences in the techniques of cultivation and managerial behavior as well asareliablepeasent. Peasents who have apositive behavior make it asacreative and innovativepeasentasan entrepreneurinthe field of agriculture. Results ofthe studyfound that theperceptionof peasents onthe learningprocessineducationis influencedbyfactors: working motivation,  access to information, environmentalfarmingandentrepreneurialbehaviorinfluenced bypeasentsformaleducation, work motivation, access toinformation, environmentalfarming,  andperceptionsof peasentstowardsthe learningprocessinagriculture extension in South of Lampung.In order toenhance theentrepreneurialbehaviourof peasentscan be donethroughagricultural extensionmodels.
