Based on the Particle Swarm Optimization of Truck Crane Telescopic Jib Optimization and Implementation

The mathematical model of the telescopic jib is set up with the weight of the telescopic jib as optimization objectives, the strength,stiffness of telescopic jib, the local stability of the web as the constraint conditions. An Optimization program is developed based on the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm and constraint conditions and design parameters is being analyzed. The design variables are optimized to reduce the weight of the telescopic jib. It is shown in the engineering real example that the particle swarm optimization algorithm for the optimization effect of telescopic jib is obvious. The Optimization program introduced has a practical value.
