Transmitter and transmitting method using delay locked loop

PURPOSE: A transmission device using a delayed locked loop and a transmission method thereof are provided to easily implement ASK(Amplitude Shift Keying) modulation index and to reduce current consumption. CONSTITUTION: A clock output unit(320) receives a reference clock and a delay clock. The clock output unit outputs the reference clock at a high interval or a low interval of input data. The clock output unit outputs a conversion clock having an arbitrary duty using the reference clock and the delay clock in the other one of a high interval and a low interval of input data. An RF(Radio Frequency) signal generation unit(330) generates an RF signal using PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) input from the clock output unit.
