Design and Realization of a 1 GHz Wide-band Receiver in X-band

In order to realize high resolution imaging with the accuracy of 0.3 m in the range dimension, the inverse synthetic aperture monopulse radar adopted wide band signal receiving, generating and processing technology. The key technologies of ISAR's X band receiver system with the 1 GHz bandwidth are described, including dechirp receiving, index distribution, signal generating, channel's designing. In addition the receiver system's design and realization are also described. And the development project and the experimental result are given.
