The magnetic bearing system is the plant that studied a lot because it hasn't only disadvantage like nonlinearity, unstability, high price but also has advantage like low fiction, low noise, low heat generating as one of discontacted mechanical elements. This MBS is controlled by Pill, H infinite, Sliding mode and so on. Many of the previous MBS control techniques are based on the approximately linearized model. And the MBS is affected by modeling error. In this study concern about hybrid fuzzy controller that can apply the linearzed model or the nonlinear model to control.
