In this paper,a control allocation problem for aerodynamic control surfaces of the Reusable Launch Vehicle(RLV) in the re-entry phase is transferred to a constrained optimization problem for them,and then the problem is solved by using a mixed linear programming algorithm.For the nonlinearity between aerodynamic control surfaces and control moments,the piecewise linear programming algorithm is used to solve the failure of the control surfaces and the on-line reconfigurable optimization problem.Finally,simulations verify a variety of failure modes of the piecewise linear method that can be reconstructed with good performance and smaller error distribution.
