Novel extensible system for detecting voltage of single fuel cell

The invention discloses a novel extensible system for detecting a voltage of a single fuel cell. The system is formed by a photoelectric switch battery pack switching circuit, a signal conditioning circuit, an A/D (Analog to Digital) conversion circuit, a protection circuit, a CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) switching control circuit, an isolated power supply circuit, a controller and a CAN (Controller Area Network) communication circuit. The system has capabilities of independently detecting and carrying out internetworking detection together with other similar systems. A CPLD is adopted to control switching of battery packs instead of a discrete door circuit device in the conventional design and the battery pack switching circuit is subjected to a modularization design, so the system has flexible expansibility, the battery packs can be increased or decreased in groups as required and hardware does not need to be changed. The battery pack switching circuit takes charge of switching different battery pack signals into a detected circuit; the signal conditioning circuit is used for converting a detected signal into a range capable of being measured by the A/D conversion circuit; the controller is used for processing obtained data and sending the obtained data to a network through a CAN bus; and the protection circuit is mainly used for improving the reliability of the system. The novel extensible system for detecting the voltage of the single fuel cell has the characteristics of extensible measuring circuit and high reliability.
