Construction of set pair knowledge connection function and application

For Rough Set Connection Degree, this paper broadens its application range so that the link of two common sets was described quantitatively; Then, the constructing method of Rough Set Pair Knowledge Connection Function is given. Some basic characters are proved. An example is given in the end.
