The invention relates to a uniform flow vortex-induced vibration simulation tester for a seabed pipeline. The invention is characterized in that the tester comprises a simulating false bottom which is arranged in a towing tank; both ends of the simulating false bottom are respectively and slidingly arranged in upright columns in a penetrating way; the top ends of the two upright columns are jointly connected and arranged on a towing truck above the towing tank; the middle-lower parts of the two upright columns are respectively provided with an end part supporting structure; the two end part supporting structures are respectively connected with corresponding shaft ends of a seabed pipeline model; and the towing tank is internally provided with a measuring and analyzing system. As the tester has ingenious structure, can place the seabed pipeline model in the towing tank, simulates vortex-induced vibration under uniform flow, can simulate real seabed conditions and the seabed pipeline with the actual size, the test time is longer, the tester can be widely applied to the vortex-induced vibration test process of the seabed pipeline.
